The Doughnut Run  

Some Comments from 2023

Just wanted to thank you and all your team for your hard work arranging the Run, the instructions were excellent, a lovely drive and we thoroughly enjoyed the day.

The doughnuts at Milestones are always a good start, and we also enjoyed a Sunday roast at the Iron Duke on route.

Just a quick word to say how much we enjoyed yesterday even if we did get lost a

few times and it was rather wet . Please say a big thank you to all who helped

organise it.

The Doughnuts were great as usual.

The weather seemed to hold out until 12.30pm so I hope not too many people got wet on the Doughnut Run!

Thank you so much for having me along yesterday (and for my doughnuts!), it was so lovely to meet everyone and it all seemed to run like a well oiled machine 

And what lovely cars were there on the day! I’m really happy the owner of the Best in Show car was so pleased to have been chosen, he seemed quite shocked to have won!

I hope the rest of the afternoon went as well as the morning and your afternoon tea was delicious.

Thanks for brilliant day out today despite the biblical rain that we experienced. It was a beautiful drive. I have to admit that we had to abort the route at about three quarters as we were getting a bit late for the splendid tea at the end. What a spread they put on.

We know what a lot of effort goes in to organising events like this, please will you pass on our thanks to all of the team involved.

We plan to rerun the route on a crisp Autumn day to see the colours in all their finery.
